Delete your Gravitix account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the Gravitix app:

1. Open Gravitix and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. If you connected Apple or Google, complete the secure re-authentication prompt.

This deletes your Firebase account, cloud training history, programmes, routines, progress records, and user-file storage. It also clears Gravitix account data and progress media stored by the app on that device. Deletion is normally immediate and may take up to 30 days to propagate through processor backups.

Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and de-identified analytics records may be retained where required by law or platform rules. Deleting your Gravitix account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel that separately in the applicable store.

If you cannot access the app, email contact@gravitix.app from the address connected to your account. Include “Gravitix account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
